Play pre-recorded file into a call / page?

Is there a client, soft phone or desk set that would let me play back a prerecorded audio file into a call or more specially a page? i.e., we have some pre-recorded announcements we’d like to be able to play back on demand (not on a schedule) Is there a way to insert these audio file into a live call?
