Play a message before call forward

I have few ext with call forwarding enabled. when ext no-answer it forward to the mobile number.
is there any way to add a message before call forward to external/internal number.

I think you can achieve this easily by using the find me/follow me section in the extension module.
If extension ring x amount of second enable find me/follow me and use the Announcement to play recording before going to the find me/follow me number.

I tried but Its now working. It play message without ringing phone.
