I am lookin for a way to place an entire ring group on Do Not Disturb. On the old key system when we were at lunch we would just select the two phone lines and put them on hold so that the incoming calls would just get a busy signal. With FreePBX we can put each extension on DND but is there a way we can put the whole ring group for that department on DND so that no incoming calls could be received and the phones in our department won’t be ringing? I would like to be able to press a button on one of the extensions in the ring group and all the extensions in that ring group would ring busy or go to voicemail.
