Pickup and pickupgroup with ** or *8 don't work

But I my case, the pickup don’t work.
I have trixbox 2.6.0.0 with freepbx 2.4.0.
I have 4 extensions 100,101,102,103. All extension have pickupgroup = 1.
When 100 call 101 I cannot pickup the call (on tel 102) by **101 or *8, When I dial this I have “Call terminated” and it’s hangup.
There is a option to activate for permit call pickup?
