We are using FreePBX 14 and Sangoma phones. Is it possible to pickup a call that is on hold from another extension? We have been using the pickup feature code to answer another extension that is ringing. But can we use a similar feature code to pickup a call that is on hold on another extension?
Not possible. You need to park the call, not put on hold.
