Phones losing connection and having to reboot to get them to recieve calls

I am using FREEPBX as my switch and customer complains about having to reboot a phone peridodically to get the phone/ extension to ring on incoming calls.

is there a setting in the phone regestery that can be changed or what should i look for, when looking at the logs i see phones going off line and then back on but there is no cause
