All of a sudden the phones in our office aren’t ringing. The auto attendant answers at first ring. How do we change it so that the office phone rings at least 4 times…and we hear it…and if no one is able to answer it directly, then the auto attendant picks it up?

The way I do this is create a ring group and have the failove destination the IVR.
Changed nothing…didn’t even realize there was a problem, we kind of stumbled upon it. The other issue is that the person who set up our system is no longer with us so we are clueless as to how anything works. We were able to find some info with the password to the pbx system, but that’s about it.
