What version of FreePBX? Any errors when trying to install from command line? Is this the distro?
That was all deprecated in FreePBX 13 with the new contact manager replacing the old phone book and speedial modules.
I woulds assume he is on 16 then. You haver to remove it to upgrade from 15 to 16.
I guess it finally when past depreciated to gone.
