PhoneApps Upgrade to 13.0.88.2 not working

Trying to upgrade PhoneApps from Module Admin from 13.0.86.17 to 13.0.88.2.
This is the result:

I see a ‘permission denied’ buried there. Try this from bash:

fwconsole chown
fwconsole ma upgrade restapps

Ran fwconsole chown. Restapps upgrade worked.
XMPP upgrade not working:

Just FYI, it works when you do fwconsole chown and then upgrade from CLI but not from GUI/module admin
