Phone not registering

Hello, I don’t have an endpoint manager license so I’ve been trying to manually configure my phone. I’ve run a SIP trace and it appears it’s responding to the 401 with credentials but then I just get another 401. I have the extension configured as force rport in the NAT drop down. phone is at .149 and freepbx is at .148 Can anyone advise as to what I’m doing wrong? I’ve read through numerous threads and they all indicate force rport to resolve it. This is a chan_sip extension.

Apparently I had set sip driver to both and PJSIP was defaulting to 5060. I changed my extensions to PJSIP and registration completed.

Your phone was configured with the wrong SIP port (or no port at all and was defaulting to the incorrect port). When you edit an extension in the Admin GUI, it will tell you which SIP driver you are using an which port it’s bound to.
