My Ip phones in branch offices are showing no service after vpn tunnel interruption, i need to reconfigure all Ip phone again for active. i am using yealink T33G Ip phone, and server is freepbx 16. does i have any additional need to do in server or phones. extension are created in chan_sip
Can you elaborate on what interrupted your VPN?
I’ve had some problems when the VPN certificate expires and my Yealink phones won’t recognize that there is a new configuration update and refuse to pull the new VPN config with the new certificate. If this is the same problem you’re experiencing, and if you’re using the endpoint manager, I would recommend factory resetting the phones and that should force them to pull the new certificate and config.
