Hey everyone, question about how this works. I just realized through the Phone Features button that if I use follow me and send all my calls to my cell phone, I can dial those * codes on my cell. I tried doing *2 which is attended transfer and I found it puts the caller on hold and then I can dial another persons extension, but what do I press to complete the transfer?
Secondly is there any way to put callers on hold? I didn’t see it as a star key listed there. Thanks!!
