Phone does not register through local ip

Hello. It is not possible to connect the phone to the freepbx 15 server via local ip (192.168.0.102) at the office (the phone does not register). If I connect this phone using the external ip address of this office, everything works fine. In fail2ban, I added the local network to the exceptions. What prevents him from registering through the local ip ?
