Phone can deal, but can't receive inbound calls

Hello,

I have FreePBX version 15. I have the follow issue:

  • Lines with extension 9 and 100 can make calls to other but can’t be called.
  • This two lines is up and registered to Asterisk and FreePBX:
    100/100 ... D Yes Yes A 34990 OK (33 ms)
    9/9 ... D Yes Yes A 34990 OK (33 ms)

I don’t make any changes at default deal plan.

Can you give mi some tips about this problem?
