Phone Apps

We are having issue with our Rest Phone apps. They don’t seem to be working. For example we use the Call Park App and when you press to put some on park it works fine. When you try to pick up that call it says there are no calls parked. Similar issue with the voicemail app. You can see the message in the app but when try to play it nothing happens. We have support ticket open for this but I wanted to see if anyone in the community has seen something like this.

Thanks

Anyone see this? Support didn’t have answer. They told me to install a fresh copy then restore from backup. I did that and still had the same issue. So this must be issue with my config or something. Thanks

I also can’t add the phone apps to the ucp.

Thanks

Haven’t seen this issue. What version of FreePBX or PBXact? What are the module versions?

What is the firmware version of the Sangoma phones?

It does seem to matter. We have tried with 1.58 and 1.57. Also the apps are not showing up in the UCP even when they are assigned.

Strange, nothing is sticking out to me. When you install fresh, before restoring, are you able to test to see if it works on a fresh install? Help narrow down the issue to the install version or something on your current implementation.

I will have to try that after hours. Anything else you can think of that I can try.

Thanks

Not anything that wouldn’t be service affecting. Uninstalling the phone apps module and possibly the UCP module.

What’s the output of

fwconsole pm2 --list
