I have a bunch of cases where my Sangoma phones will register to a different IP address than the IP address the Phone Apps need to use. Is there anywhere I can set the IP address the Phone Apps should use instead of just using the same IP address the phone is set to register to?
What do you mean the phones will register to a different IP? Do you mean you have something like a SBC they flow through. If so you should not be setting the SBC IP address as the destination and be using the Outbound Proxy setting for that under the Redundancy tab in EPM templates.
That seemed to do it… I’ll do some more testing to make sure that phones stay registered and things work. Thanks for your help.
