Phone Apps cannot be disabled

Hello,
in an attempt to limit security issues we want to disable modules not used.

when I try to disable Phone Apps this displays after clicking Process:

Phone Apps cannot be disabled because the following modules depend on it:

pms

Please disable those modules first then try again.

So I looked for pms on the module list and could not find it. what is that ?
