Personal favor of the community, need Android location tracking app

Hi everyone, would the vast IT experience I thought someone may be able to help with an application issue. I have been searching for weeks and can’t find a solution.

My wife is walking 60 miles for Breast Cancer this weekend (www.elaines3day.org shameless plug if someone wants to donate). She is walking for her Aunt and my Sister that both died of breast cancer this year.

What I want to do on the Wordpress site is provide a map that is updated with her location from her Android based smartphone.

If I can add her route to the map all the better.

Any suggestions or experience anyone has would be much appreciated.

I have used MapMyRun/MapMyRide before. I did see that they have an app, but I am unsure if the data is uploaded real-time or not.
