PBXAct Resetting host and port configuration

Hi All

We have a support call open for this issue, but its not really getting much attention; hence I thought I would give it a shot here.

We have two PBXAct 15 servers; both we have configured with a unique name (not the uc-######## that is assigned by default); and we run the http interface on port 80 (not 2001 which is the default for PBXAct).

Anyway, typically daily, the name reverts back to the uc-######## and the http interface port changes back to 2001.

Hi, @unison If the problem is still not solved, please PM me your Kayako support ticket# so I can check that internally.

Thanks
Kapil

Hi

Still not resolved… Any assistance would be most helpful.

Hi @unison Are you using sysadmin v15.0.21.4 and oembranding v15.0.8.30 version?

If you have raised a support ticket, then please PM me your ticket#.

thanks

I send you a PM earlier today… the ticket is 970241

And yes, running both of those versions.

| sysadmin | 15.0.21.4 | Enabled | Commercial |
| oembranding | 15.0.8.30 | Enabled | Commercial |

Have you had a resolution to this ? We have same issue with a PBX-act 14 server

Nope. it’s like getting blood out of a stone to know what is really going on…

However, if you change to anything other than port 80 (so 8080 for example) it doesn’t do it. Hopefully, that has narrowed down what it is and a fix is just around the corner.

Any feedback on this - support appear to be taking a long holiday…
