That means your have no support contract on the box and why you cant open a ticket. I think under the PBxact option you can pick the hardware department as long as the box is covered under a hardware warranty still.
I tried selecting the hardware option. It refuses to list it when you search for it. It says selecting the deployment ID is required to submit a ticket.
Open a customer service ticket giving them the deployment ID that you cant pick and they can look into it for you.
Thankfully they were able to open the support ticket
