PBXact Missing Menu

I logged into my PBXact 400 appliance and had a prompt thanking me for my purchase and saying I should transfer ownership of the device to my portal account. I followed the prompt and now have lost all menu items under ‘Modules’

Some of the text has disappeared from the main page too.

I have tried rebooting the server but the menu items have not come back.

EDIT
Switching to Advanced Mode brings back the menu items but they disappear again when in Basic Mode.

I believe that is normal for Basic mode, you only have access to the modules displayed as icons. Feel free to open a support ticket if I’ve misunderstood the issue.
