PBXact issue - webpage launched on incoming calls

I’ve been waiting for an upgrade to see if this issue would disappear but it didn’t. I’m now on version 16.

For every incoming call, a new webage is generated with a URL like:
{http:}//admin/ajax.php?module=sangomacrm&command=redirect&token=ff2374cc-6c8f-428f-9699-01a6b466eabe&linkedid=1646684020.157&src=9052151486

Any idea what’s causing this? How to stop it?
