PBXact issue - webpage launched on incoming calls

I’ve been waiting for an upgrade to see if this issue would disappear but it didn’t. I’m now on version 16.

For every incoming call, a new webage is generated with a URL like:

Any idea what’s causing this? How to stop it?

Read these. Sounds like it might be CRM.
