PBXAct IPTables disabling network at night on secondary server

Dear All,
I’m experiencing a weird problem with our PBXAct setup, it’s more than a year now.
We own two UC1200 servers with PBXAct 16.0.41 and all modules up to date, one is the primary and the other one is the secondary server.
We set up Advanced recovery for this “cluster” so every night the configuration is backed up and replicated onto secondary server.
Every now and then the secondary server stops responding.
I realize it when, in the morning, I go back to office and check the email, and I find the failure of the Advanced Recovery, with the message “Secondary server is not responding”.

The server is unresponsive over the network, but it is still up and running when accessed by the serial console.
It turned out that restarting iptables solves the problem (systemctl restart iptables).

Doing this now, I obtain this message:

Broadcast message from root@uc- (Thu Sep 18 10:57:54 2025):

Firewall Rules corrupted! Restarting in 5 seconds
More information available in /var/log/asterisk/firewall.log

In the firewall.log I can find these lines:
ipset v7.1: The set with the given name does not exist
ipset v7.1: The set with the given name does not exist

Any idea of what’s happening?
Thanks in advance.
