Start your browser’s developer tools.
For Chrome and Firefox use the key shortcut Alt+Cmd+I (on Mac), Ctrl-Shift-I (on Windows)
For Internet Explorer just press the F12 Key
Click on the Network tab.

Look for the request that’s failing. It will probably have a response of 401.

Try what jfinstrom suggests

The 403 error is reported from FreePBX for the url " /admin/ajax.php?command=authping

This means you do not have an authenticated session.

Clear your cookies/storage/cache
Try incognito

Same error, observed in incognito mode.

There is a missing data point here. Unfortunately we are just throwing mud at the wall and hoping something sticks. Unfortunately we are just making a mess on the floor.

The gist of the issue is something is calling

…yoururl/admin/ajax.php?module=foo&command=bar

The server asks module foo if command bar is valid and the module says no. This generates the message you are seeing. I could create a demo that makes this happen 100% of the time. In other words I know what the problem is but we are having a problem deriving the source. We need to know what module “foo” is to be able to do much more.

This data will be in the developer tools under the network tab. You have to dig it out or pay someone to go through and dig it out.
