Pbx in standby?

Hello everyone, I have a problem with version 14 of the PBX. After a few minutes of inactivity it goes into standby and the incoming call fails after 10 seconds. To restore it the only way is to access the pbx and give it any “submit” - “apply” command. In this way the incoming call connects to the IVR.
What can this strange behavior depend on? Maybe from the NAT?

What do you see in Asterisk logs?

in this case it worked, but the nat is sleeping

Do you see what I see?

Is 5060 open to the public? Do you have any firewall in place?

I have no idea where the error is,
I connected it to the nat, the 5060 port is open and the firewall is disabled.
What do you see strange?

It doesn’t seem like you have any security for your PBX.

Lock down 5060.

I turned on the firewall, but if I turn it on, do the extensions configured with the zoiper work even without adding exceptions to the list of ip firewalls?
