I’m getting this popup when trying to play an uploaded wav file-

Path /var/lib/asterisk/playback is not writable
File:/var/www/html/admin/libraries/BMO/Media.class.php:170

Well did you check if that path is writable?

That’s the wrong ownership and group. It needs to be owned by asterisk:asterisk

Interesting, I’ve no recollection of ever changing it

You can fix most ownership and permissions issues by running this as root

fwconsole chown
