I need to configure/integrate FreePBX with the LDAP that the user could configure his sip phone with the password he uses in LDAP.
The short answer is no

Could it possibly be done with Asterisk, yes: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/LDAP+Realtime+Driver
But this is very different from how FreePBX works so the answer is still effectively “no.”
