Password problem on Yealink phones

Hello,

I am asking for help regarding a problem with Yealink T19E2, T46 and T48 phones.
The phones are registered on freePBX and managed using provisioning (EndPoint Manager).
Unfortunately, most phones have gradually had a problem accessing their WEB interface due to a malfunctioning login/password. Although the password is set in provisioning and initially worked, now it is not possible to log in to the phones GUI either as an admin or as a user. Changing the password in provisioning also did not help.
This situation occurred on three different versions of freePBX installations where Yealink phones are used. The others use phones of other brands and this situation does not occur with them.
Does anyone know of a solution to this problem please?
Thanks in advance.

I have a similar problem on t23, t29, t33 phones. Sometimes after rebooting the phone you can log in but most often you have to restore them to factory settings. I think it is a faulty firmware.

This has also just recently started happening on our T31P’s. I have not seen this on the T46U’s. I did find that Yealink has released new firmware in March of 2025. I deployed it to my phones last night and I am now able to login to them again.

We have about 50 yealink. About 20 of them we can not even factory reset, tehy get stuck in some bootup sequence.

Even if not connected to the network?
