My company is having a minor issue on how how Parked calls are being
utilized in a call center of about 100 seats.
The issue is that the parked call button is next to the headset button on our
phones, we accidentally hit park which picks up the parked call that is a customer
that is finalizing there purchase and been on the phone for 1-2 hours.
the headset button is pressed about 400 times per MIN by our agents combined
You can see the embarrassment this may cause the company not to mention
the possibility of loosing the deal.
I mentioned to set a password like 123+park
Any reading material or easy way to do this?
