Paid for System Admin Module Settings Not Sticking

I have a new install of Freepbx distro:

PBX Version:15.0.37.4
PBX Distro:12.7.6-1904-1.sng7
Asterisk Version: 13.22.0

I bought the paid for System Admin module and it shows as active. However, when I try to make changes to the config with this module, say Hostname, they don’t stick. I input the settings and hit Update Hostname but the default value remains. Same happens with other setting like changing the network settings (ip address).

I use this module on other deployments and it works fine. I’m not sure why it isn’t working on this install. Is there a log file or something to see what’s going on?

Could be a permissions issue, many of which can be fixed by running

fwconsole chown

I ran this console utility and am able to now set some things, but can’t modify the network settings or the hostname. Very strange
