Paging Extension

Having an issue with a customer where their people are accidentally transferring to a paging extension :man_facepalming:

Extension is Algo 8180 that is hooked up to multiple external paging horns. Basically trying to figure out if there is a way to either:

  • Prevent calls from being transferred to this specific extension, or
  • Pickup an active call on that extension. Directed call pickup failed, I’m assuming because the call doesn’t ring, it just auto-answers.
