We have a P370 whose touchscreen is freezing often. I don’t know exactly how long it takes for the touchscreen to freeze after I reboot it, because I am not told, but whenever I check it once every couple of weeks, it is frozen.
Is this a known issue? I want to attach debug logs to this forum, but ptsr files are not allowed. Also I cannot create a new case on the support website (I am not an employee):
