I have a secretary who would like to be able to see who is calling her supervisor and answer the line if she thinks she can help the caller and her supervisor is unavailable.
I have a BLF programmed for the other extension and she can see the line ringing, and she can press the button and answer the call, but I have had no success yet getting the caller-id info to display for her supervisor’s extension so she knows if it’s likely a call she can help with or not.
Is this possible? Our old Mitel system made it easy to do and she would like that functionality.
