This is a weird one and believe it is phone related as we dont have this issue at any site using the S series phones. As the title states when making an outgoing call and you reach a voicemail you hear the greeting but never hear the beep itself. I can make a call to the same number from one of this customers other sites using the same hosting and sip trunking and S phones and it works fine. This only happens using the handset. If i use speaker i get the beep so it seems to be some sort of Noise cancelling in the handset but i cant find any settings for it. This is a major issue and need a fix.
Are you presently using a firmware earlier than 4_13_2 or later than 4_13_2?
If the former, I’d suggest 4_13_2 or later.

4_13_5 is the latest generally available release within the 4_13 branch.
