I’m experiencing a problem in our PBXAct installation (restapps module latest version 16.0.36.31)
In our P315 phones we cannot list latest missed calls.
When a call is missed, in the phone the icon appears, but when we go into missed calls list, there aren’t latest missed calls but only old missed calls starting from yesterday.
Same when reviewing the entire call history, only the laatest outgoing and answered calls are present, not the missed calls.
Moreover, I believe that missed calls that went to voicemail are not listed, but I need to make some tests to confirm this.
Is it a problem of the latest version(s) of restapps? Or we are missing something in configuration?
I would like to add some details.
The missed calls for the extension does not come up after some days, as I was expecting, but they remain the same over the days, even if there are more missed calls during these days, they aren’t listed.
To test thoroughly, I went to UCP and the missed calls are listed there, so I’m quite sure there are problems with the module(s) involved in the visualization of call history in the phone.
From the silence here, I believe that I’m the only one having this problem, or maybe it’s the wrong topic to post this issue in?
Well, after finishing to write the previous post, I went to Updates - Module Updates and I found out that latest restapps 16.0.36.33 solves the problem.
So, as I was suspecting, it was a problem of the module.
