Override existing call in queue

Hi All,

I have phones calling to a queue. When an operator (who is not part of the queue) tries to callback a phone that has status ‘Busy’ the connection is terminated. is it possible to override the call and dial someone who is ‘waiting’ in the queue?

You need to provide context on calling someone in a queue. That is out of the norm
