We are using the commlink-lite program within freepbx to attempt to get the Outlook integration working. The users are getting emails that contain their voicemail messages, but the outgoing is not working. When they click on the contact and right click to call contact it immediately says “an internal error occurred in the automatic phone dialer”.
The whole time it shows the phone as on hook, regardless of if the phone is or not.
I tried to send an email to commlink but their site fails. I was wondering if anyone on here may have used this in the past and knows what could be causing it not to work.
