Outbound Routes

When creating an outbound route and adding in the Dial Patterns I get the following when selecting
anything

  • 7 digit
    *10 digit
    *emergency

Upgraded from FreePBX 14 to 15

current version is FreePBX 15.0.16.75

@jcolp are you looking into this issuse? Not rush just wondering. I installed a fresh system and do not have this issue with FreePBX 15.

I have paid support so should I call in and create a ticket?

I don’t work on FreePBX or FreePBX issues or support, I just update posts on here with the correct category so stuff is properly sorted. If you have paid support then you should go through the proper channels such as filing a ticket through the support system if you wish to use it.

We don’t have any other reports of this issue. You might try reinstalling core and framework:

 fwconsole ma downloadinstall framework core --force

and you might try purging browser cache (ctrl-F5 usually does it) or trying from a different browser.

@lgetz I ran the command fwconsole ma downloadinstall framework core --force and still have the same issue. I tired 3 different browsers same issue
