Outbound routes

Hello,
Could you help me to configure my Outbound routes ! I have 2 trunks (for example) first give me good price for 001 prefix , second only for 0015 prefix.
For another prefix 0022 first have good price and second for 002.
So what to do FreePbx to get prefix with more matches ,not only first find digits ?

Yes I did it but cant configure it .
