Outbound Find Me/ Follow Me showing "Spam Risk"

I am newer at the FreePBX system and I have an issue with calls that forward to a cell phone via Find Me/Follow Me. When the call forwards it is showing as “Spam Risk” on the recipient’s cell phone instead of the caller id. Has anyone else come across this and is there a fix that has worked?

It means you are using the default setting for CallerID and passing the caller’s CallerID through. Since that isn’t your CallerID your STIR/SHAKEN attestation is being set to a B or C and that is a major red flag to anyone doing CallerID reputation checks.

A lot of providers are no longer letting you send an outbound call with CallerID not associated to your account. As far as your provider is concerned this is a regular outbound call not one being “forwarded” through your system.
