I’m quite the newbie about PBX configuration, I configured a PBX with FreePBX 16 and Asterisk 18, set up a trunk and its routes, inbound calls work as expected, but whenever I try to make an outbound call it goes to congestion, here is my configuration attached, any help will be appreciated
Last screenshot route pattern there is a “.”
Check your route pattern (delete inconsistencies) and if it doesn’t work, paste verbose log.
Try these settings changes:
From Domain: res.sip.twt.it
From User: (same as what you have in Username)
Codecs: check only ulaw and alaw
If no luck, at the Asterisk command prompt, type
pjsip set logger on
Make a failing call, paste the relevant section of the Asterisk log (from /var/log/asterisk/full, not the console output), redacted as desired, at pastebin.com and post the link here.
