Outbound Dial Patterns for Multiple Numbers

I’ve got 3 numbers through Telnyx. I’m trying to set up my system so that I can use each of the 3 as caller ID depending on my prefix. Every time I dial a number, however, I get the “Your call cannot be completed as dialed” message. Have I done something wrong in my Dial Patterns here?

EDIT: I have confirmed that the issue is specifically with adding a number to the caller id column. That’s the only thing that breaks it. What am I doing wrong?

The CallerID field on the patterns tab limits the pattern to specific extension numbers. For example, if you put 200 there, only calls from extension 200 will be matched to that pattern.

What you want (for what you are asking) is to create 3 Outbound Routes. Leave the CallerID fields blank, but set Route CID on the Route Settings tab to the caller ID you wish to send. Set Override Extension to yes for the routes for the second and third numbers.

However, there are usually ways to set this up that are easier and less error prone. What is your application? Are you making and taking calls for multiple organizations, departments or people? What device(s) are you calling from?
