Outbound calls not displayed in user portal call monitor

I have searched the forums and can not find anything related to this issue.

In the User Portal | Call Monitor, outbound calls are not displayed (only inbound).

Before moving to FreePBX Distro, outbound calls were displayed…
Now that we use FreePBX Distro, no outbound calls are listed.

How do I get outbound calls listed in the Call Monitor of the User Panel?

We are running:
PBX Firmware: 2.210.62-5
PBX Service Pack: 1.0.0.0

Can anyone assist?
