Outbound Calls no audio

I have recently setup a new freepbx. Inbound works flawlessly. Outbound No audio on either side. I am using a GoogleFiber ISP provided “modem” for now till I finish building my PFSense box or just end up snagging a Sophos still deciding while I get phones up and going.

Check Admin → Asterisk SIP Settings and ensure that the appropriate values are set under the External and internal address fields and restart asterisk if you’ve had to change those.

Then ensure that you have appropriate ports forwarded from your WAN to the PBX (typically SIP and RTP)
