How do I get my PBX to display my caller id (ie…Company Name). No matter what number I call from or who I call, callers see Wireless Caller as the caller id and them the phone number. Any thoughts? Thanks
Since noone was bold enough to answer my question, I will post a reply for anyone elase that may run into this situation. You have to have your supplies of the phone numbers setup you CNAME ID’s for your company outbound trunks. In the PBX lable your outbound trunkc something like so…“My Company” <000.000.0000> and once your supplier setup’s them up on your end, your callers should see your company name in the caller ID. Hope this helps someone out there.
