Outbound call recording

Hi,

I am unable to get outbound calls to record, inbound calls record without problem. call recording is enable in extensions and outbound route, also tried setting to force but to no avail. any help would be appreciated
ver 10.13.66-16 installed

after some more looking, I have found that the call is recorded but it does not show up in cdr report page - a recording file for each call is in storage location.

I’ve had similar issues before; it came down to part recording options with call flow logic and part broken CDR module.

May I suggest http://wiki.freepbx.org/display/FPG/Call+Recording+walk+through , provides some logic examples. If that checks out, try re-installing the CDR reports module.
