For cause 58 you will have to check with your carrier why they rejected the call.

‘no matching media’ has two common causes:

  1. The codecs enabled for your trunk in FreePBX do not have one in common with the codecs enabled in the Vega. Check that alaw (also known as G.711a or PCMA) and ulaw (also known as G.711u or PCMU) are enabled at both ends.

  2. One side is asking for encrypted media and the other side asking for unencrypted. Make sure that both sides are set the same. If you don’t need encryption, it’s simpler to turn it off.
