OSS Endpoint manager - Can't Find Downloaded File!

Hi,

Running FreepBX distro and trying to use the OSS End Point Manager.
It is installed and I have setup the options correctly.
When attempting to install the Polycom (or any phone package), I get

Downloading Brand JSON…Done!
Downloading Brand Package…Done!
Can’t Find Downloaded File!

I have reinstalled the endpoint manager (2.11.5.3) and also tried to Update packages again. Still no luck.

Any other suggestions?
