Orig.Pos and Abnd.Pos in queue report

Can anyone tell me what is Orig.Pos and Abnd.Pos in queue report

Not a definitive answer, but I imagine original position is how far back in the queue the caller was when they first entered the queue, and abandoned position is where they were when they go bored with music on hold or to repeated statements that customers are valued.
