Operator panel connection refusing (please help!)

I’ve attempted to go to my operator panel for the first time, but when I went to operator panel option

I get the error that ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED (http://(my instance ip):58080/client/client)

Please note I’m new to FreePBX I just got it installed this morning switching from 3CX
